Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Charm (the "Service") — apps and related services that let you share photos with friends and family and display them on watch faces, widgets, and phones. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with your phone number. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

Your content

Photos and messages you send remain yours. By sending them you grant us the limited license needed to store, resize, and deliver them to the friends you choose. You can delete your photos, or your whole account, at any time in the app — deletion removes your photos from our servers and your friends' devices.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to share content that is illegal, that you don't have the right to share, or that harasses or harms others. Recipients can report photos; we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

The Service

We work hard to keep the Service running but provide it "as is", without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
